Do I need permission from my parents to make a purchase?
If you are under the age of 18, you need parental permission in order to buy something from our store. Unauthorized purchases are absolutely prohibited and will result in your account being banned from our server, and all other servers connected to our platform.
Am I allowed to buy something for other players?
Yes, you may purchase gifts for other players, however please do note that the original cardholder is always responsible for the purchase.
What should I do if I did not receive my package?
It takes a few moments before our system processes your payment. If after 15 minutes you still haven't received your purchase, please contact our support by clicking here or send an email to cosmic@scaleblade.com including your invoice/purchase identification.
Please note that if you have finished your payment using PayPal Direct Debit (also known as "eCheck"), it may take up to 10 business days for your payment to process. This is the time it takes for your financial institution to transfer the funds.
Can I get a refund?
No, payments are absolutely final and fall under a "no refund policy". In case of technical issues, an exception might be made. Please contact us if you believe this is the case.
Who handles payments?
All payments made are handled by Tebex.io as our payment gateway provider, any questions regarding cancellations, conversions or payment gateway troubles should be directed to them through their means of support.
